Book Review: A Concise Guide to Macro Economics by David A. Moss

This is one of the books we were requred to read before the program starts. The subtitle of this book is "What Manager, Executives, and Students Need to Know". I would edit slightly: What Managers, Executives, Students and the Perpetually Curious Want to Know".

If you read only one book on macro economics, this is the one to read. If you wish you had just a little better understanding of how markets work, this is the book for you.

It's simple. It's elegant. It's readable.

(I can't say the same for my accounting text, but for an accounting text, it's fun. More on that one later. )

It's not yet available in e-text.

  1. On a relative basis, I was a terrible economics student. And what have I been applying for the past 25 years on a daily basis? Sounds like this would be a good read for moi.

  2. If you're already enjoying an econ text, you're going to ace this program!
Next thing you'll be loving finance and asking Ken if you can join his team.
